The reason why I chose this quotation is because it explains everything that he is talkuing about in this story. It also sums up everything whitman is talking about. This quotation means that Whitman does his daily routine just like everyone else. This also explains the whole story. The reason why Whitman keeps on giving examples of these different things and what people do is because it explains there lives.
